I am a Chartered Psychologist, a Specialist in Test Use, and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society; a Principal Member of the Association for Business Psychology; a member of the International Positive Psychology Association; an accredited International Coaching Psychologist; an accredited Executive, NLP and Time-To-Think coach; a certified Systemic Coach and Facilitator; a certified Coaching Supervisor, a Master Practitioner in NLP, a Member of the Association for Project Management, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
Over the timeline of my career to-date, I have been a research psychologist with thirty peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and book reviews; an international project manager, manager and leader in Industry where I managed and led international projects and was Head and Functional Head of several Departments. Now, I am Director of agcl, and a part-time Associate Lecturer in Psychology in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, and in Management in the Faculty of Business and Law at the Open University.
